How to determine the length of Photo Booth rental time

All photo booths require delivery, set up and print color testing. We are basically bring a portable photo studio and a small photo lab to your location. There are many components that need to be hooked up and tested before your guests arrive then put away after they leave.

Photo booth companies differ but generally 1-2 hours set up is needed and disassembly is usually faster at around a hour.

A great analogy is to think of us like a DJ we arrive before event , set up, provide great fun then pack up and go.
In an effort to cut costs some clients may consider having us arrive after event has started or leave while the event is still going. Doing so results in guests being exposed to the set up or take down and is not recommended.

Just use the time your guests are due to arrive and leave for your rental time calculation.
